APPLYING TO THE GLOBAL CITIZEN CORPS
Applying is easy.  Fill out some basic information, answer a few short questions and tell us why you are passionate about joining the Global Citizen Corps and the fight against global poverty. Please note that you will also need to get a faculty advisor from your school to support your participation in the program. 

The Global Citizen Corps application is available online from January - March yearly. 

This year's Summit took place July 23-28 at Adelphi University in Long Island NY, and the dates for next year's Summit will be public soon! 

 

To qualify for the Global Citizen Corps:

Be in High School:  You must be attending a U.S. high school during the 2007-2008 school year.

Be Committed:  You must agree to:

Implement Global Action Days in your high school, report back to NetAid on your impact, and participate actively in the Online Action Center.

Be Passionate!  Most importantly, you must be passionate about alleviating global poverty and willing to invest time and energy to share this passion with others.

Find an advisor: All Global Citizen Corps Leaders must agree to finding a faculty advisor in your high school.  The movement must continue even after you leave high school!  Need help finding an advisor
