Global Action Award Finalists
Each year, hundreds of passionate high school students apply for a Global Action Award. They come from towns small and large, attend public and private schools and work with their communities, grassroots organizations and faith groups.
The projects they lead are as diverse as their backgrounds—ranging from creating computer labs for girls in India to designing a nutrition program for young mothers in South Africa. Together they reached thousands of people at home and abroad with awareness-raising messages and effective action opportunities to end poverty.
NetAid congratulates the 2007 finalists for their inspiring work.
