2006-2007 Global Action Award Honorees
NetAid congratulates Caroline Matthews, J.B. Dill, Sourav Bose, Nathaniel Elliot and Lauren Prince for their commitment to alleviating global poverty. The honorees' projects have reached thousands of people around the world and in their local communities. The honorees received a $5,000 scholarship and were recognized at the Global Action Awards celebration in New York City on July 26.
2007 Global Action Award Finalists
More than 800 high school students in the U.S. applied for a Global Action Award this year. NetAid was thrilled to learn about the great work that so many young people across the country are doing to take the issue of global poverty into their own hands. We would like to recognize this year's finalists.
